Delivery and Returns Information

Here you will find an overview of our delivery and returns information

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays.  If your order is placed before 1pm it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day so if your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday it will be dispatched Monday.  If the Monday is a bank holiday it will be dispatched the next working day.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a bank holiday, so please expect your delivery on the next working day.

If your parcel will not fit through the standard letterbox and no-one is available to accept your delivery, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection.   In the event your parcel has failed to be collected, it will be returned to us and unfortunately there will be a further charge if you would like the items shipped to you again.

Standard UK Delivery Information

For all UK standard deliveries, Soul Beauty use Royal Mail

This service is a 2-3 day tracked and signed for service.  Shipping charges will be calculated by weight at checkout.  When your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email to say that we have received your order.   When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email to confirm the dispatch of your order which will include a tracking number.  The delivery time can be calculated from the time you receive your order dispatch confirmation email.

 First Class UK Delivery Information

For all UK First Class deliveries, Soul Beauty use Royal Mail.

UK First Class Service is a 1-2 day tracked and signed for service.  Shipping charges will be calculated by weight at checkout.  When your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email to say that we have received your order.  When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email to confirm the dispatch of your order which will include a tracking number. 

The delivery time can be calculated from the time you receive your order dispatch confirmation email.  

 UK Next Day Delivery Information

For all UK next day deliveries Soul Beauty use Royal Mail or a trusted courier company.  The weight of your parcel will determine which we select.

UK Next Day Delivery Service is a 24hr tracked working day service from the time you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If no-one is available to accept your delivery, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office/courier company for re-delivery.

 International Delivery

We don’t currently offer international shipping.

 Standard Delivery times:

UK Standard: 2-3 working days from notice of dispatch.

UK First Class:1-2 working days from notice of dispatch.

UK Next day: Within 24hrs from receipt of your order

Tracking Your Parcel

Please track your parcel via the tracking link received in your shipping confirmation email. As we're unable to keep track of each individual parcel.  If there are any issues with your tracking information please contact us on [email protected] and we will be happy to help.

 Delivery Costs

Orders over £60 will qualify for FREE standard UK postage.

If your order is over £60 and you require first class or next day delivery a reduced cost for these services will be calculated when you check out.

The cost of postage for orders under £60 is calculated automatically as you check out your order dependent on the weight of your parcel and which shipping method you have selected.

 Returns Policy

We hope you will be very happy with your order but if for any reason you are not Soul Beauty accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt.  Simply return your products unused and in their original packaging.

For health, safety and hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items unless they are faulty.

Please note that we only accept returns for orders replaced directly on the website.

If your order includes a gift this will also need to be returned for your refund to be processed. 

Please email [email protected] with 'Returns,' your personal Order Number in the subject line and your reason for return in the email body. We will respond with any information you may require on the returns process.

All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment.

You will need to allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your refund once we have received your item and please note it may take between 3 - 5 working days for any refunds to appear on your bank statement once your refund has been processed.

Unfortunately we're unable to cover the cost of return postage on unwanted items.  We recommend using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if the products don't make it back to us safely.
